For a single variation — an owner asking the builder to put it in writing, or a one-off job.

Every document includes
- The variation laid out for your state, with the net change, GST, total and revised contract price worked out.
- Up to 10 photos, quotes or drawings that back it, as numbered annexures after the signatures.
- Your signature, then theirs — they sign from the link we email them, on a phone or a computer. No app, no account for them.
- A signing record page: who signed, when, from which device and internet address, and the consent they gave.
- The signed PDF emailed to both of you.
- Reminders to the other party after 3 and 7 days if it isn't signed.
- A tax invoice by email.
Questions
Does the other party pay anything?
No. Signing is free, and so are the reminders and their copy of the signed PDF.
How do I use the rest of a pack?
Sign in with the email address you paid with — there's no password; we email you a link — and send the next variation without paying again. The form shows how many you have left.
What if they decline it?
You're told, with their reason. The document was sent, so it counts as one. When you've agreed the change, send a new variation.
Who do I pay?
By card through Stripe, to THE FROLIC APP PTY LTD (ABN 61 697 066 265), the company that runs VaryPro. Prices include GST, and the tax invoice is emailed to you.
